For Mentors
ROLES - You will see through the entire research from the formation of a research question to publication in a journal of good standing. You will be guided on how to effectively mentor students via regular phone calls with the founders themselves. You'll conduct weekly informative sessions and assign tasks to mentees. In case of doubt/clarification, researchers can communicate via WhatsApp text message. The mentors and mentees are required to respond to these texts within 36 hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES - You along with your team of mentees are responsible for the conceptualization of the topic (help from the team can be taken). For observational studies, mentors will guide the mentees for all paperwork and literature search associated with ethical approval, data collection, and manuscript formation. Mentors will perform statistical analysis by themselves or with help of the Team. We have a statistician for JARVIS who will be added to the team in case mentors need guidance.
