Welcome to The J.A.R.V.I.S Initiative, a research program that provides opportunities for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) to conduct research in their respective fields of interest. J.A.R.V.I.S was launched in April 2023 with the aim of helping IMGs boost their research CVs required for THE MATCH, completely free of cost.

We understand the challenges that IMGs face in securing residency positions in the US, and we believe that research experience can be a crucial factor in this process. However, we also recognize that many IMGs struggle to find meaningful research opportunities or end up spending hundreds of dollars on companies that provide readymade research with invaluable authorships. 

At The J.A.R.V.I.S Initiative, we aim to provide a different approach. We collaborate with experts and fresh applicants from various countries, and cultures to create a diverse and inclusive research community. We believe that by bringing together different perspectives, we can generate innovative and impactful research.

Our program provides guidance and mentorship for mentees from experienced mentors who are old hands in their respective fields. We help our mentees develop their research skills, provide them with the necessary resources, and support them throughout the research process. We are proud to offer a completely free-of-cost research opportunity to IMGs, and we do not compromise on the quality of research or the authorship opportunities that we provide. Our aim is to help our mentees develop the skills and experience they need to succeed in their careers and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
